Welcome Reception for Clergy-Laity members at Coca Cola

Hierarchs of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese , Members of the Archdiocesan Council and Ladies Philoptochos National Board attended a reception at the Coca-Cola Headquarters in Atlanta today july 3, 2010. The 40th Clergy-Laity Congress begins Sunday July 4th with Liturgy at the Cathedral of Atlanta, July 4th Celebration and barbeque, and ends Thursday july 8, 2010.

H.E. Archbishop Demetrios arrived in Atlanta for the 2010 Clergy-Laity Congress.

H.E. Archbishop Demetrios was welcomed at the Atlanta Airport by H.E. Metropolitan Alexios,Dean of the Atlanta Cathedral fr. George Alexson, Archon Dr. Emanuel Tissouras, and faithful. H.E. Archbishop Demetrios will be in Atlanta for the 40th Clergy-Laity Congress.

Archbishop of Crete Irineos arrived for the 2010 Clergy-Laity Congress in Atlanta where he was welcomed by Archbishop Demetrios and Metropolitan Alexios. Later a Reception was held at the Coca Cola Facility at Downtown Atlanta.
