Good Friday morning, during the Royal Hours the members of the Greek Orthodox Cathedral in Hemstead Long Island prepare the Epitaphios. The Ladies Alexandra Ayvas, Christina Ayvas, and sister Nicole Ayvas, with Billie Christie, Stefanie Ayvas, Mary Laskas-Olotta and with 40 years of experience veteran Nikki Stamatas-Thaw prepare the Epitaphio at St. Paul's Cathedral in Hempstead. Nikki said that she is doing this for the past 40 years, since she was a little girl. Good Friday leads to the Holy Pascha, for the 300 million Greek Orthodox Worldwide.
